Hi! Im Luke Wilson, Personal Trainer and Owner of The Elite Lifestyle club, from Essex. My mission is to make as many people as I can happy and have a well balanced lifestyle. I am a 'personal, personal' trainer; no set templates, no generic workouts, everything is tailored individually taking a look at everything from exercise to sleep. One of my many mottos is sustainability is key. It's not about quick fixes that don't last, it's about enjoying life whilst enhancing your health and well being.

I have been in the industry for 10+ years, starting in the football industry and then moving more onto fitness and health. I have gone from a local gym to now owning The Elite Lifestyle club, a private lifestyle club facility which has been running for 4+ years.

Sessions are tailored to the individual. Over the years I have built up a lot of experience with a range of clients working towards a range of goals with a balanced lifestyle being a consistent theme no matter the goal.
